This program has been created for developing the necessary knowledge and skills for participants to perform their roles as shadow teachers effectively and proficiently. Providing individual support and assistance to improve the social and academic skills of children with disabilities, ensuring their effective inclusion in the classroom.

What will the trainee gain?

Understanding the importance of the shadow teacher’s role in supporting children with disabilities, and building a collaborative relationship with the school staff and the child’s family.
Learning the benefits of inclusion and how to actively support it.
Gaining knowledge on how to create individualized educational plans and their core components.
Becoming familiar with various programs for individuals with disabilities.
Receiving a certified certificate from the National Institute for Professional Educational Development, a certificate from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, and a certificate of attendance from Wijha Training Center.
